Panel B2b Delduca 2

SCOPE OF WORK

  • UX/UI design of the B2B panel
  • Adapting the design to the Comarch environment
  • Integration with the ERP and delivery logic
  • Rollout and optimisation
  • Testing and post-launch support

The new B2B e-commerce panel built for Fattorie del Duca was created to make the store more intuitive and easier to read. Built on the Comarch system and tailored to the brand’s particular logistics, it brought predictable deliveries, a clear offer and a buying process shaped around the realities of the hospitality business.

Key project goals and challenges

  • Bringing order to the buying process in the B2B channel
  • Simplifying navigation
  • Reflecting complex delivery logistics and transport schedules
  • Presenting made-to-order products and short-dated stock clearly

Usability designed around real needs

We started by analysing how business customers place orders and at which points mistakes creep in. Only then did we build an information architecture that answers the actual workflow of the hospitality trade. Rather than complicating the process, the panel simplifies it, guiding users through each step in a way that is clear and consistent. The result is a legible, modern interface built on Comarch XL ERP and Comarch e-Sklep that needs no extra explanation or manual. Every element, from the product list through to the order summary, was designed to support intuitive use.

A delivery calendar that brings order to the whole process

At the heart of the system sits a flexible delivery calendar. It is the tool users had been missing and the one that caused the most operational trouble. Every Fattorie del Duca partner works to a different rhythm: some take one delivery a week, others almost daily; some order by a morning cut-off, others use later time windows.

A delivery schedule that removes mistakes and guesswork

The new panel accounts for all those variables. It shows only the dates that are genuinely available, blocks orders once the cut-off time has passed, updates the date in the basket on the fly if a user comes back to it later, and applies different schedules for individual cities and customer groups. Business customers now work within clear, predictable rules, and the Fattorie del Duca team no longer has to correct orders by hand.

Clear presentation of seasonal and short-dated products

The Fattorie del Duca offer is a moving target – short-dated products appear, batches come in limited quantities, and some items are brought in for a short window only. The new panel clearly flags short-dated products and shows their availability. Prices do not get mixed up with general price lists, and promotions carry context and proper labelling. That noticeably speeds up the buying process and cuts the number of questions reaching the customer service team.

A panel cut to fit

Comarch e-Sklep is a platform that forces specific solutions and does not allow full design from scratch. Every element therefore had to be built within an imposed structure while staying completely consistent with the UX and UI designed for hospitality users. Precision was key: the whole panel had to run as reliably as the brand’s logistics.

The project called for steady work on ERP integration and data synchronisation. As a result the panel does not just look clear – it genuinely reflects stock levels, delivery availability and order fulfilment logic.

“We are cooperating nearly 12 years. Thanks to IVN’s professionalism our company reached a great position on the google and our web company image has an amazing feedback. I highly recommend their services as a tool and partner for business development.”.
