Gree is the largest air conditioning company and the producer of one in every three air conditioners worldwide. The brand holds the top position in device sales in Poland. Free Polska, the brand’s representative in the local market, approached us to organize its online communication. Our tasks included:

  • Streamlining communication and clearly presenting the product offering.
  • Building tailored communication for partners: installers and distributors.
  • Enhancing website performance and improving the conversion rate.
  • Launching online sales for smaller HVAC devices.

We began by understanding the industry and identifying customer needs. We focused on:

Consistent visual communication

The refreshed website design and intuitive interface resulted from close collaboration with the Gree team. Bold decisions, such as updating the logo’s color scheme to modern, dynamic tones, brought new energy to the brand. These new visual elements were also incorporated into catalogs and other key brand materials.

Online communication: Client and Installer Zones

A key realization in this project was that different audience groups require tailored communication. Previously, Gree used a single site for all users, which limited the effectiveness of its messaging. By separating content, we created dedicated spaces that better meet the needs of both customers and installers.

In the Client Zone, we focused on simplicity and clarity, utilizing a benefits-driven language to increase user engagement. The Installer Zone, on the other hand, provides in-depth knowledge and expert support, making it easier for professionals to work and communicate with clients.

Dedicated Installer Zone: Everything professionals need

All the tools and information technicians need are now available in one easily accessible place. The Installer Zone consolidates key technical information, specialist resources, and tools to support daily work.

Online sales for smaller HVAC devices

Our goal was to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for users. We launched an online store on the WooCommerce platform and implemented tools for flexible store management and detailed product presentations.

Each product is thoroughly described, emphasizing key features and benefits. This approach enhances search engine rankings and helps customers make informed purchase decisions.
