Job description


We are currently looking for a Project Manager at IVN, whose main task will be to coordinate project teams working on the development of a complex e-commerce project for an international client.

 


What will your responsibilities be in this role?

  1. Managing an e-commerce project based on Magento 2 as well as auxiliary web projects.
  2. Overseeing project budgets, scopes, and schedules.
  3. Ensuring effective communication among production team members and between the team and the client.
  4. Removing obstacles, organizing work, tools, and ensuring a productive work environment for the team.
  5. Direct collaboration with project teams: Development, DevOps, QA, UI/UX, and PPC.
  6. Project communication with the client in English.
  7. Project communication with the team in Polish.

What is important for us?

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management.
  2. Experience working on e-commerce projects (experience with Magento is a bonus).
  3. Analytical thinking skills and the ability to gather and document requirements.
  4. Strong ability to effectively manage the work of project teams.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
  6. Strong planning abilities and good organization skills.
  7. Proficiency in English at a communicative level, both spoken and written.
  8. Initiative, energy in action, and a positive attitude.

What does the recruitment process look like?

  3. Stage 1: Online test – assessing logical thinking, basic technology knowledge, and project management fundamentals.
  4. Stage 2: Online screening (~20 minutes) – a preliminary conversation to determine if we are a good fit for each other.
  5. Stage 3: Recruitment task – scope includes project management, planning, and requirement gathering.
  6. Stage 4: On-site interview in Kraków (1–1.5 hours) with the PM Team Leader and CTO.
