A cafe full of inspiration

Blossom Coffe&Food is an atmospheric cafe specializing in original baked bagels  and serving specialty coffee. This is a place for lovers of good food. The location in the center of Krakow makes it a perfect place for tourists and local customers.

The cafe has a very good reputation and a large group of loyal guests. However, their actions on social media have so far been rather chaotic. The owner asked us for help in organizing consistent communication with attention to the smallest details.

Where did we start?

Understanding the industry and competition

The first step was to carefully examine the current activities of the café and its competitors. We identified the strengths and weaknesses of local cafes and prevailing market trends.

Based on this, we have created a unique social media communication strategy for the Blossom café, which will distinguish it from other gastronomic places, attracting new customers.

Communication strategy for residents and tourists

We defined target groups to understand the preferences and needs of cafe customers, determining the direction of our activities.

The café’s guests are both local residents and tourists, which required us to create communication that would attract and encourage various target groups to visit.

Unique content that catches the eye

We have developed a detailed and consistent communication plan on Facebook and Instagram. The schedule included a variety of content and activities to engage the audience. Thanks to this, the Blossom café attracts attention and builds strong recipient engagement.

New identity, same soul

We have developed a new graphic identification for the Blossom cafe with attention to the smallest details. We have created a refined color palette, maintaining consistency in all aspects.

Our designs include post examples and a color palette to ensure uniform and inviting communication. Blossom Coffe&Food has gained a fresh, attractive look that builds a strong online position.

The path to success of a local cafe

In addition to the strategy, we included recommendations for other marketing activities. They included Meta ads and Google ads, supporting organic activities to reach new cafe customers.

We proposed improving the structure of the website’s content and supporting the My Business listing in Google, strengthening the website’s positioning in terms of SEO.
