From Impreza to safe driving in Subaru

When we started cooperation with Subaru Polska, one of the goals was to change the way the brand was perceived. The main challenge was to support the process of building the recognition of Subaru Polska from a brand associated with adrenaline racing into a symbol of conscious road safety.

Where did we start?

Initial analysis, i.e. understanding the Subaru brand environment

When we started our adventure with social media management for Subaru Polska in 2014, the first step was to thoroughly investigate the brand’s current communication situation. We have prepared an online marketing strategy based on a thorough market analysis. We identified target groups and defined the foundations of brand communication.

Building a Subaru Polska profile on Facebook practically from scratch

We have created a new quality of communication in line with the client’s needs and strategy, attracting both new and existing fans of the brand. Thanks to the actions we have taken, we have increased the visibility of the brand. We have also strengthened relationships with customers and enthusiasts of Pleiades cars.

A new chapter in the brand’s history on social media

We transformed the brand image, moving from sporty dynamics to identifying Subaru with safe SUVs that are ideal for families and meet the expectations of the most demanding customers.

Purposeful actions that increased visibility and engagement

As part of our community engagement strategy, we initiated the #mojeSubaru campaign, which is based on User Generated Content (UGC). This initiative allows fans to express their passion while building a strong online community. Thanks to this, the brand gains active support, which increases its reach and views on social media.

We coordinated cooperation with ski jumpers Piotr Żyła and Maciej Kot. Our role was not limited only to the organization – we actively supported them in the content creation process and discussed the details of the publication in depth to ensure maximum effect and consistency with the brand values.

We have created an engaged online community through regular publications, responses to users’ comments and questions. We increased the profile’s engagement by organizing competitions and special campaigns. We are responsible for developing the concept of competitions and planning their publication.
