OKNOPLAST is a leader in the production of PVC windows, exterior doors, roller shutters, and garage doors, operating in 21 countries across Europe and North America.

The client approached us with the need to create a new corporate website to strengthen their online presence in international markets. At the start of the collaboration, OKNOPLAST was using complex and unstable websites that did not align with the company’s refreshed brand image and hindered marketing efforts.

Before the collaboration, we received a website concept and finalized UX/UI designs that required adaptation and implementation along with a new CMS system. The challenge was significant, as two previous agencies had failed to complete the project.

New presentation of the product range

One of OKNOPLAST’s objectives was to create a platform that effectively showcases their extensive product offering. From the outset, we focused on making the new website user-friendly, allowing visitors to explore available products, compare functionalities, and personalize their choices. As a result, the website became an intuitive tool supporting the purchasing process.

Window system comparison tool

Users can easily compare window models, evaluating their appearance and key features. Advanced parameters are presented in a user-friendly format, enabling a better understanding of the product range.

Dealer locator

An interactive map allows users to quickly find the nearest sales points and schedule appointments at selected locations.

Thanks to integration with the CRM system, customers have access to up-to-date information on the availability of business partners, and their inquiries are directed straight to the selected dealer.

Inspiration Base: A personal idea board

We developed a tool that significantly simplifies project planning for users. The Inspiration Base features galleries with OKNOPLAST products integrated into ready-made arrangements. Users can now see selected windows and doors in pre-designed settings, save products to their wishlist, and send inquiries directly to a dealer. The result? A smoother purchasing process and increased customer engagement.

Knowledge Base OKNOPLAST

The Knowledge Base is a carefully curated collection of articles and guides by OKNOPLAST’s editorial team. We built the functionality using separate Custom Post Types (CPT) to help administrators better organize and manage content. As a result, customers can quickly search for inspiration, advice, and detailed product descriptions while accessing practical tips for selecting the right solutions.

Favorite products and accessories

Users can create personalized sets with the “favorites” feature, allowing them to save products, finishes, and accessories. Customers can also generate a PDF document with their selected items and send it to a chosen business partner. The result? A simplified sales process.

Faster search with Elasticsearch

  • Elasticsearch processes and indexes vast amounts of data in a short time, enabling near-instantaneous search results.
  • Using advanced natural language processing algorithms, search results are better tailored to user queries.
  • Elasticsearch accounts for synonyms and variations in expressions, providing more accurate suggestions.
  • It analyzes entered keywords to suggest the most relevant phrases, accelerating the search process and improving result accuracy.

Regional website management

We streamlined the launch and maintenance of regional versions managed from a single code repository. The outcome includes tailored offerings for different markets, an easier translation process, and cost reductions in managing multilingual versions.

Efficient website management

The website was designed with simplicity in maintenance and future scalability in mind. The WordPress CMS configuration enables flexible editing of all areas of the site and supports easy expansion. Content management is intuitive and doesn’t require a development team’s involvement.

Block Editor: Flexibility in content management

The implementation of the Gutenberg block editor allows intuitive content management on the site. With custom blocks, the client’s team can fully control the layout and appearance of the site, quickly responding to marketing needs.

All sections are easy to edit, and the well-thought-out block structure ensures visual consistency across the site.

Drag-and-Drop contact form builder

The client gained full control over building contact forms. With the drag-and-drop tool, they can create new forms, add fields, and modify labels and hints without editing the website’s source code.

Performance and optimization

The website is perfectly optimized for search engine positioning. We ensured very fast loading times, and SEO-critical elements such as header structure, breadcrumbs, and meta descriptions are editable via the CMS panel. During the migration process, we maintained the visibility of already indexed pages and achieved rankings.
